Framed Print – The Bent Tree by Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot

A beautiful vintage framed reproduction of The Bent Tree (L’Arbre penché) by renowned French landscape artist Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot (1796–1875).

The print depicts a tranquil, atmospheric landscape with sweeping trees, soft woodland tones and distant countryside. Corot was celebrated for his dreamy, poetic landscapes, and The Bent Tree is one of his best-known works. The original oil painting, dating to around 1855–1860, is held in the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne as part of the Felton Bequest.

This reproduction print has a lovely aged, antique character, complemented by an ornate gilded timber frame. The muted sepia, olive and warm earthy tones would work beautifully in a country, traditional, French provincial or vintage-inspired interior.

A charming piece for lovers of classic art and old-world interiors, with plenty of character and timeless appeal.
